Konstantinos M. Frouzis is the founder of a StartUp company specializing in bio functional dairy fine food, the Longevity Diet foods. Its first products, full of health claims, have been awarded as the " Best Yogurt 2016 " in the World Dairy Innovation Awards (WDIA) held in London in July'16, as well as we received the Superior Taste Award from the iTQi, International Taste & Quality Institute in Brussels in June’17.
Previously he has been the Managing Director and Deputy C.E.O. of Creta Farms Group from November 2015 to May 2017. He was dealing with turning it into a food company comprising not only deli meats and cold cuts but also fresh premium pork meat, dairy-cheeses, meat snack, ready meals and pizzas. Additionally, he was focusing on expanding the company fast and steadily internationally, through licensing and exporting.
In his role in Creta Farms, he is also enhancing the Oliving / En Elladi brand name in order to further improve the Gross Margin of the group more than 43% and Ebitda more than 10%. Furthermore, he and his team, managed to attract 15 mil euro investment from the European Investment Bank which financed Creta Farms’ product pipeline and R&D five-year plan. All the above will enable the company to cope even better with stakeholders, banks and suppliers.
He has been the President (2012-2015) and General Secretary (2009-2012) of SFEE (Association of Pharmaceutical Industry in Greece) and Vice President of Novartis Greece (2007-2015).
During his term in Novartis, he managed along with the leadership team to drive the company through the acute GR crises from the 3rd position (8% market share) in 2008, to the 1st one with 14%. Moreover, he made Novartis to contribute in GR economy and society with investments and stable employment ($600mio and 600 associates).
As leader of the Pharma industry in GR he chaired a 15-member board comprising of Presidents and CEOs of multinational and local big pharma companies. Through this leadership role, he dealt with Government and Health Authorities in GR, supported vigorously flawless access of patients to medicines and negotiated with EU/Brussels/Commission shaping a sustainable healthcare environment in Greece.
Konstantinos was awarded Manager of the Year in Greece, across all sectors, in April 2013.
He is a member of the General Council of the Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and the Association of Chief Executive Officers (EASE).
Additionally, since 1985 Konstantinos holds senior executive positions in five key industries, such as Telecoms (landline and mobiles), Retail, FMCG, Petroleum/Energy and Pharma Industry/Health.
Konstantinos is a Chemical Engineer and a Chemist and holds three post graduate diplomas in Engineering, Energy and Financial Management studies.

He is the father of 2 young men, Michalis, electrical engineer, graduated from National Technical University of Athens who currently works and Dimitris, just graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business/Management (Financial Mathematics).
