Loukas Pilitsis is Partner and Member of the Investment Committee of EOS Capital Partners, a newly formed private equity manager, aiming to become the premier Greek private equity group with a long-term perspective that will support Greek growth companies.
He is an experienced international investment executive with over 20 years of structured finance, investments, venture capital/private equity and executive management experience in the US, UK, Japan and Greece. He has dealt with a wide range of international investments, having participated in approx. 80 deals internationally, 27 (5 exits) of which in Greece (35+ with follow on investments). His investment experience has covered various sectors: financial markets, technology, energy and real economy (F+B, Pharma).
He is ex-CEO of Anchorstone Partners and the Venture Capital and Private Equity Group of Piraeus Bank, both in Greece. Previously he was Global Head of Syndication/Structured Finance and European CAO with State Street in Boston, USA and London, UK.
He holds a Law degree from Athens University Law School, an LL.M from Boston University Law School, an MSF from Boston College, and has completed an Executive Development Programme at the Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.
