This landmark event, eastablish in 2025, convenes in collaboration with and under the high patronage of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, representing a pivotal moment in fostering substantive dialogue on the most pressing geopolitical, economic, and strategic challenges of our time and is held in the third largest oil exporting country in the world.
