Lisa Russell, MPH is an Emmy® Award-winning filmmaker, Academy-Nicholl quarterfinalist screenwriter and arts curator who has 15+ years producing UN/NGO films and curating creative events that lie at the intersection of arts, social justice and global development. An established global speaker and thought leader in the role of arts at the United Nations, she is a three-time TEDx speaker, FXB Board Member, SheDecides Global Champion, EarthxFilm Advisory Council Member, UN/NGO contracted storyteller and arts curator, Fulbright Specialist, writer and a regular presenter at film festivals, storytelling summits, leading universities, international conferences and youth leadership programs. Lisa is the Founder of Create2030, an international network of professional artists whose work amplifies the power of arts and storytelling to accelerate progress of the Sustainable Development Goals.
