Information Security Policy

Information security is a top priority in order to:

  • Ensure the company's full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect the interests of the company and those who engage with it and entrust it with the use and transfer of their confidential data.
  • Safeguard the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information that is generated, received, and transmitted within security projects.
  • Maximize the reliability of the company's information resources.

The implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aims at the following:

  • Protecting stored records, computing resources, and transmitted information within the company’s services from any threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental.
  • Systematic assessment and evaluation of risks related to information security, ensuring their proper and timely management.
  • Data archiving, prevention of viruses and external intrusions, access control to systems, logging of all security incidents, and management of unexpected developments.
  • Continuous updates for management and staff on information security issues and conducting training seminars for employees.
  • Full commitment from the company’s management to the strict implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS, in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 27001:2022 standard.

The Information Security Management Officer is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the operation of the ISMS, as well as ensuring that all involved personnel are informed about the Information Security Policy.

All personnel involved in activities and processes related to information security are responsible for implementing the policy and the corresponding ISMS Procedures and Policies within their respective work areas.

Management and all employees are committed to achieving the company's objectives and adhering to the principles related to Information Security.

To accomplish these goals, the company implements an Information Security Management System in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
